925 Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is durable and made for everyday wear. Over time, it may naturally develop a soft patina or tarnish — this is completely normal and easy to manage.

To care for your sterling silver:

• Gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth to restore its shine.
• For a deeper clean, soak in warm water with mild soap for 15 minutes.
• Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, and harsh cleaning products.

Solid Gold

Solid gold is a timeless and resilient metal that develops beautifully with wear. With a little care, your piece will maintain its warmth and lustre for years to come.

To care for your solid gold:

• Soak in warm water with mild soap for 15 minutes.
• Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
• Store pieces separately to help prevent scratching.

General Jewellery Care

Whatever the metal, a few simple habits can help preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery:

• Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising.
• Apply perfume, lotion, and hair products before putting your jewellery on.
• Avoid contact with household cleaners and chlorinated water.
• When not being worn, store each piece separately to minimise scratches and friction.

Returns & Refunds

At Wild Silver, we value our customers and are committed to ensuring you feel confident in your purchase. All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, as orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your piece to initiate the returns process.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

As many Wild Silver pieces are custom or made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Wild Silver is not responsible for returns or refunds where a customer simply changes their mind.

Exclusions

Our Returns & Refunds Policy does not cover:

• One-of-a-kind or final-sale pieces.
• Theft or loss of jewellery.
• Dents, abrasions, or scratches to settings resulting from everyday wear or accidental damage.
• Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages to gemstones resulting from accidents, impact, or general wear.
• Discolouration or deterioration of metals caused by exposure to corrosive chemicals or substances.
• Natural wear and tear, including the gradual wearing down of metal through regular use.
